I am Yi Zhang. I spent years in the US for PhD training and early career work, then built and operated startups across crypto and AI.
This site is a place for compact notes: what I am learning, what still feels unresolved, and what may become useful after a few more conversations. The themes will probably orbit AI-native systems, crypto, data, organizations, and founder judgment.
I write mainly to sharpen my own thinking. Sharing is useful because feedback exposes where the thinking is still soft.
